Alternative to Glasses and Lenses

I was very lucky when I had first experienced having blurry vision. The clinic that I went to had a very talented doctor that exhausted all means before prescribing me glasses. She would give me Easy Eye Exercises to do at home that she said would help my eyes relax. She told me that because of my work, which involves staring on the computer for prolonged hours, my eyes gets strained causing blurry vision. She ordered me to take breaks of an hour before using the computer again. She also said that I can do some exercises even when I am at work or just riding the bus home. She told me to blink often so that my eyes could relax even for a just a few seconds. It isn't much but she said that blinking plus the exercises that I do at home could prevent my eyes from being damaged. It's been years when I met this doctor but until now I still go to her clinic to have my perfectly healthy eyes checked.

Working Towards a Better Butt, One Workout at a Time

Currently, I have been putting forth a bit extra workout time into my tush, I want it tighter, more toned and more fit. This has always been my "trouble zone" I guess you can say... you know we all have some part that we're not satisifed with. Yes, I am targeting my butt a little extra but that just means my legs are getting an extra exercise routine too! Most compound butt exercises inadvertantly work the back of my legs which means I balance out the session by working the front of them as well.

It's been about 4-weeks and I've seen great results from my strength training workouts. I've been doing 3-4 sets of 12-14 reps, this is the range that I have found works best for me and my body. It might not be the best range for you, but my body reponds really well to this interval. The moves that make my butt hurt the most: lunge jumps, step-ups and split squats.

I've also been adding in an extra day of circuit training workouts to really push the fat burning aspect. Together with the muscle buiding workouts and the fat burning ones I am boosting my metabolism and looking great.

To make sure my body keeps responding it's critical to change up the moves you're doing as to not "plateau" or become used to the workout. Instead of split squats, I might randomly do deadlifts one day. After 4-weeks though it's time to make a complete change to the workout.

Most likely I am going to increase the weight, decrease the rep count and choose new exercises. I might even do trisets which I haven't done in quite a long time. Trisets are groups of three moves done back to back with little or no rest... almost like a mini-circuit. I love them because they really fatigue my muscles out.
